Loan Term Requirements: Property must be located on power grid and have
public road frontage and the property must be in Matanuska-Susitna Borough.

Land Financing - Non-public Road Access
Loan Term Requirements: Property is not required to be located on power grid or have public road frontage and the property must be located within 300 miles of the Wasilla.
