Building your own home is a formidable task, but rest assured your credit union will be with you every step of the way to help you through both the interim financing and any long term financing as well.

Construction loans require a strong vested interest and commitment in the project apart from "sweat equity" and prior to funding. Please contact your construction loan officer at MVFCU for the requirements on your specific project.
